Bilibili hosts millions of videos, from anime and gaming to tech explainers and documentaries. Some uploaders add closed-caption tracks in Chinese, English or other languages. Full watch URLs like bilibili.com/video/BVxxxx and short b23.tv links both resolve to the same video. Public videos with openly exposed CC tracks work best. Login-locked captions, supporter-only or region-restricted bangumi, and videos with no captions at all will return no subtitles. When tracks exist, each language is exported as SRT for players like VLC, VTT for the web, and TXT for clean reading.
