How to Download RuTube Subtitles (Free, SRT/VTT/TXT)

What you need
A public rutube.ru/video/… link that plays logged-out. Private, deleted or region-locked videos (some 403 outside Russia) cannot be fetched.
3-step how-to
- Copy the RuTube video URL from your address bar.
